Solution Design

Our consultants are capable of taking your complex requirements and business objectives to help formulate a solution design to meet your current needs and address you future growth as well. Our designs focus on a stable and robust solution architecture using current technologies and methods to enable us to build the framework of the solution. Added to this framework are functional pieces that makeup the application itself. By using the component-based paradigm, the application architecture becomes more stable and capable of addressing change. Rather than redesigning the system to add or change functionality, the framework remains unchanged and the component is either modified, replaced, or an completely new component is added to address the required change.

Solution Specification

As the solution design is stabilized, the formal solution specification is developed in parallel. This becomes the solution blueprint, which is used as a communication tool between the project manager, developers, and client as the guiding document for all project related design issues. As the project progresses, and changes are required, this document shall be updated (along with the project plan, schedule, and budget) to reflect the changes in the system. Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has started working with Office Paper Systems, Inc. to design and build a new Microsoft based customer information management system that will provide more accurate the information for day-to-day operations as well as provide better tracking and reporting on operations. This new system will allow Office Paper Systems, Inc. to manage the increase in business and the need to provide real-time data that is critical to making business decisions.
