  • Office Paper Systems

Working closely with Lew Abey, Chief Administrations Officer at Office Paper Systems, Inc., Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has started work on the design and implementation of a new database system to enable more accurate and timely access to customer information and job cost data. Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has taken on the design,  application development, and support efforts for this Microsoft based system to provide much needed reporting on the day-to-day and business critical data. Since taking on this project, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has been instrumental in keeping this project on track with the vision and focus that is needed as Office Paper Systems continues to grow and invest in the recycling marketplace.

  • 360-Dgree Evaluations

Managed Business Consulting, Inc. is working with the University of Maryland Department of Family Medicine and Department of Pediatrics to develop a 360 degree evaluation application for residents. "This work is still in its early stages, but working prototypes and models such as this help the end user get a better feel for the end product and provide more insight into the overall development process," stated Michael Crouch, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. president and chief operating officer.   • Residency On-Line FLASH Demos

To better serve prospective users of the Residency Portfolio application, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has added FLASH video to the site. These demos provide a realistic view of the application interfaces and processes to help potential clients understand the value the application brings to an organization. "The use of FLASH technology allows us to provide video captures of the product in action and helps to provide a more clear understanding of the power the application has to offer," stated Michael Crouch, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. president and chief operating officer.

  • Residency Portfolio

Working closely with Carol Carraccio, M.D., Professor and Associate Chair for Education at the University of Maryland, a new web-based residency portfolio system was designed and implemented. Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has taken on the support and application development efforts for this Lotus based system to help add functionality and features to this already well received application. Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has been instrumental in keeping this project on track with the vision and focus that is needed in the extremely busy and demanding environment of the Department of Pediatrics at the hospital.

  • Managed Business Consulting, Inc. Establishes Internet Presence

After opening their doors for business in mid October of 2002, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. launched their first web site at the beginning of November. The site was recently updated to reflect the full range of services being offered to their clients. "With the demand for exposure that is part of any new startup company, we feel that our web presence can best deliver the message that we are ready to deliver the quality services our clients are looking for," said Michael Crouch, Managed Business Consulting, Inc. president and chief operating officer.

Customer Information Management System

Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has started working with Office Paper Systems, Inc. to design and build a new Microsoft based customer information management system that will provide more accurate the information for day-to-day operations as well as provide better tracking and reporting on operations. This new system will allow Office Paper Systems, Inc. to manage the increase in business and the need to provide real-time data that is critical to making business decisions.
