Application Development

Managed Business Consulting, Inc. consultants have been building and maintaining custom applications for over fifteen years. They are well versed in the latest technologies and methods of application development that allow them to meet your critical deadlines and deliver the quality product you need. We used an iterative development methodology in which system functionality is added and tested at each iteration. This helps identify system issues early in the process and provides early insight into the deployment of the production system.

Application Deployment

Once the application iteration has been built, the deployment to the test server must be done. By deploying at iteration releases, we are able to address any deployment issues before the deployment to the production system. This leads to a much smoother production deployment, which is always one of the key risk factors in any application development effort.

Post Production Support

After the application has been deployed, the issue of ongoing support must be addressed. As with any custom built application, there must be some level of end user, as well as application administration training that must take place. Beyond that there may be issues that require a developer’s involvement to correct some functionality in the system. We stand behind all of our applications with a 90 day warrantee, and provide options for follow-on support contacts and additional service contracts for application enhancements.

Managed Business Consulting, Inc. has started working with Office Paper Systems, Inc. to design and build a new Microsoft based customer information management system that will provide more accurate the information for day-to-day operations as well as provide better tracking and reporting on operations. This new system will allow Office Paper Systems, Inc. to manage the increase in business and the need to provide real-time data that is critical to making business decisions.
